Our client needed their boathouse on Lake Lure rebuilt. The most challenging aspect of this project were the calculations of slope from the lake house to the boathouse rooftop deck and the stairs to the lake.

This three story custom home in West Asheville features reclaimed barnwood. It has a blacksmithing studio on the 1st floor, a two garage garage on the 2nd floor and a two bedroom apartment with commanding views on the third floor.
